Just wanted to take a minute to thank you for all the business you have provided for our company through the years and commend you for simply being able to stay so busy even in the rough times. Every day I work with other contractors who have been in the business for 30+ years and are still constantly behind in their scheduling and ordering, which makes the process so drawn out.
Just wanted to let you know that we really enjoy the way you guys call ahead of time to schedule loads way before they are needed to ensure timely deliveries. It actually makes our job much easier. CMS Construction currently provides framing and trim carpentry for Dettmer Homes at several of our communities. They have worked on everything ranging from a 1,500 square foot ranch plan up to a 3,800 square foot custom home remodel and addition. They have proven themselves very capable of handling anything we throw at them!
In addition to their great carpentry work, I can honestly say you won't find more knowledgeable or honest people than the Sheets family and CMS Construction. We have known the Sheets family for over 30 years and have no problems recommending them to any of our friends and family who need carpentry services. In fact, they actually did the framing and trim carpentry on my father's house.
With CMS Construction, we know that when Chad or any of his guys are on the job we will be receiving a great product within our budget, on schedule, and without hassles. They do what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it.

This is the fifth successful year the TCIAC has been active in Troy, Missouri. The school administration on the TCIAC Board is made up of the Director of Pike Lincoln Technical Center and the instructor for Troy Buchanan High School, who overlooks the students directly.
Chad is a very hard worker and talented craftsman. As a carpenter, his knowledge of the building industry is awe inspiring. Chad is always willing to lend a hand to the vocational technical school home building project we do each year. He was instrumental as a builder/contractor and instructor on last year's project utilizing his skills to assist the students with the erection and construction of the house trusses.
As a board member, Chad has never missed a meeting and comes prepared with ideas and strategies to keep the project up to speed and on schedule. His construction experience is very helpful to the other members and the project itself.
